TFGI launched it’s Geothermal drilling division in May 2007 to provide the emerging Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) industry with a professional drilling service utilising our combined knowledge of geology and drilling experience.

The most challenging part of a geothermal installation is the drilling. The UK is one of the most geologically varied places in the world. The completion of a successful installation relies upon the adoption of the most appropriate drilling technique as well as the use of the correct materials to ensure both the optimum performance of the system and the safeguarding of our environment.
